The end of summer

The end of summer might be here, but we've been busy hanging out and playing (when we're not home sick, that is!).

September has been rough on Cooper. He's had 2 colds so far. The first one was mostly a runny nose, and Grandma Nurse G was on hand to help out. The second one was a 24-hour bug, which resulted in a 103 degree fever. Here's our patient -

August Days

Our apologies for not posting sooner - Lorraine was in Florida celebrating at Jodi's bridal shower, and then Alex was in Vegas for Scott's bachelor party. The Krupas also came down for a visit.

Have we mentioned that Cooper can pull up on his own? And how that's all he wants to do? No?

The toothless wonder is no more!

In the past two weeks, Cooper has learned how to sit up on his own, pull up, and got his first tooth! So many changes in a short time!

An afternoon with (most of) the Gables!!!

Many of you may remember Mandi as our matron of honor at our wedding. She and her Air Force husband Dan now live outside of London, and have an almost 7 year old son (Drew) and an almost 5 year son (Ethan). We haven't seen them since the Fourth of July - in 2004! Mandi and the boys were back in the states visiting her folks, and stopped by Sunday afternoon to say hello and catch up.
